🛡️ Safe and Secure Gaming

rtk99 Responsible Gaming — Your Protection is Our Priority

rtk99 believes that entertainment should always be safe and controlled. Our responsible gaming tools and support services are always ready to ensure you have a healthy and enjoyable experience.

Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Online gaming and sports betting are a form of entertainment. But like any entertainment, it is best enjoyed within limits. rtk99 always wants its users to play with awareness, safety, and enjoyment. Responsible gaming is not just about how much you win or lose — it is about enjoying gaming in balance with the other important aspects of your life.

We have built tools and features into our platform to help you monitor and control your gaming habits. From setting deposit limits to complete self-exclusion — rtk99 is by your side.

Our Protection Tools

rtk99 provides several effective tools for responsible gaming. Using these, you can easily take control of your own gaming.

Set Deposit Limits

Set your own maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period of at least 7 days, which prevents impulsive over-depositing.

Time Limits and Breaks

Use the Time-Out feature to temporarily close your account for anywhere between 24 hours and up to 6 weeks. During this time, logging in or depositing will be completely disabled, helping you take a healthy break.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, apply for self-exclusion. Your account can be permanently deactivated for any period from 6 months to 5 years. During this time, we will not send you any promotional messages.

Review Gaming History

Review your complete gaming activity for the past 30 days from your account dashboard — deposits, withdrawals, wins and losses, and time spent gaming are all visible at a glance.

Age Verification and Account Protection

rtk99 strictly enforces a 21+ age limit. Age verification documents are required at registration. Minors have no opportunity to create an account or play any games. You can also get assistance strengthening your password protection.

24/7 Support Service

For any gaming-related issue, our Bangla-speaking support team is available around the clock on live chat. Feel free to contact us to activate any tool or for any assistance you need.

Signs of Problem Gaming

If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, contact our support team immediately or use the self-exclusion tool. Responsible gaming means knowing your own limits.

Remember, gaming is always for entertainment — not as a source of income. Playing more in an attempt to recover lost money is never the solution.

01
Playing Beyond Your Budget

You are repeatedly depositing more than your set budget or placing larger bets to try to recover money you have lost.

02
Impact on Family and Social Life

Gaming is causing you to lose focus on family, friends, or work, and is creating tension in your relationships.

03
Restlessness Without Gaming

You feel discomfort, anxiety, or irritability when you cannot play, and thoughts of gaming are constantly on your mind.

04
Secrecy Around Gaming

You are hiding your gaming activity and the amount you are spending from family or those close to you.

05
Debt or Financial Problems

You are taking on debt, drawing from savings, or spending money set aside for urgent needs on gaming.

Healthy Gaming Habits

Following these simple tips will keep gaming enjoyable and controlled at all times.

Set Clear Goals

Before you start playing, decide how much time and money you are willing to spend. Stop when you reach that limit.

See It as Entertainment

Enjoy gaming as entertainment — like a movie or a sport — rather than thinking of it as a way to earn money.

Take Regular Breaks

Do not play for long stretches at a time. Take at least a 10-15 minute break every hour and do something else.

Use Deposit Limits

Keep rtk99's deposit limit feature turned on. It is the most effective way to stay within your budget.
